My Favorite Fall Dresses From the Past

2018
This first dress is probably one of my favorites. I posted this on Instagram and got lots of question where it's from. Ever since I discovered Wren & Ivory I have loved buying their dresses for events. I purchased my baby sprinkle dress, my dress from Fletcher's newborn shoot, and this dress for a wedding and have loved every one of them!
What is perfect about this dress is that it's short sleeved. Here in Pennsylvania it remains summer weather until about mid October. You can layer this with a cardigan or jean jacket for chilly weather.
I paired it with these adorable booties from Target but you could wear riding boots, wedges, or even a block heal!

I wasn't going to ever post this photo because we were frazzled new parents but I really do love a dress in this style! A fun print for fall can be beautiful and perfect for a wedding, date night, or church.
This exact dress is not available but it is also from Old Navy and there are similar ones I will link here.
I paired it with the same boots as above. I think it would also look great with tights and booties too. I love the tie feature near the collar bone as well.
Also, can we take a moment to notice Fletcher's crazy hair lol. He was only about 6/7 weeks old here.

My second favorite dress is this long sleeve t-shirt style dress from Old Navy. I have had this for about 3 years and continue to wear it every fall. I will link something similar here.
Not only is it super comfortable because of the soft material but it is super flattering with the way they placed the stripes. I love pairing it with my riding boots that I mentioned in a previous post and some knee high socks. I think booties would look really cute as well.

My last dress is from quite a while ago but I feel like it's a classic that you can wear for years and years. I'm laughing at my Vera Bradley bag but let's just forget that part of the photo. I obviously can't link my exact dress but I will link a similar chambray dress here.
You can pair it with Hunter boots, riding boots, or booties which I love. Layer it up with a cozy cardigan and leggings. Even a blanket scarf would be super cute! Love all the possibilities and ways you can wear it.
Fun fact, this is my first fall with my husband. We went overboard on the pumpkins and pretty sure that made me love him even more ;).
Thank you so much for reading this week! I have had my hands full trying to prepare for our move! I can't wait to update you all on the before and after remodel process!
